1. Definitions
"Store" means Knooz Foodstuff Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "Customer" means any person using the website or app to purchase products.
2. Account
Information you provide must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include 5% VAT. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, wallet credit and cash on delivery. We do not store card details.
4. Orders & delivery
Order confirmation is subject to availability and to the cut-off time of each delivery slot. If the selected slot closes we may suggest an alternative. Delivery fees depend on area and order value.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before preparation starts from the order page. After that please contact customer support.
6. Coupons, points & wallet
Coupons are subject to their own terms. Loyalty points and wallet credit have no cash value and may expire as shown in your account.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai; the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
