Orders
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Dubai: Deira, Bur Dubai & Karama, Al Qusais & Al Nahda, Marina & JLT, Al Barsha, International City, Silicon Oasis and Mirdif.
What is the cut-off for same-day delivery?
Fresh items: order by 12 PM (dairy by 10 AM, baladi bread by 9 AM). Packaged items can be ordered until the last available slot.
How much is delivery?
From AED 7, and free on orders above AED 150 in most areas.
What is the minimum order?
AED 30.
Can I send an order to my family?
Yes — choose "Gift" at checkout, add the recipient and your message, and hide prices.
How can I track my order?
From your orders page you can follow every step of your order as it happens, from confirmation to delivery, or via the tracking link sent on WhatsApp.
Payment
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes — cash or card on delivery (AED 5 fee). We also accept cards, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Yes, all prices include 5% VAT.
Returns
What if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will refund to your wallet or replace it.
Account
How do loyalty points work?
Earn 1 point per AED; every 100 points = AED 5 to use on orders or convert to wallet credit.
How do I refer a friend?
Share your referral code from the Referrals page. When your friend completes their first order you get AED 20 and they get AED 10.

How do subscriptions work?
Pick your staples, day and slot; we prepare your order weekly or bi-weekly with 5% off. Pause or skip any time.
